A Well Informed Customer

This happened 2 weeks ago. My mother got my son a new pair of slippers. My son wore them and told my mom that it was a little tight on his feet. So my mother took my son to the shop to exchange the slippers. As soon as the shopkeeper gave a new pair of slippers, my son took off his old ones, kept the new and old , one upon each other , to compare the size and decided to buy them only when he was convinced that they both were of equal size. He did not stop there. He wore the slippers, jumped, walked up and down the shop, ran and even kicked as if playing football only to check if they were good for all his activities..my mother told me that even at this age she doesnt know how to verify and buy things. Marketing and Sales have to now research on handling customers as young as 5 yrs old!!

  4. Sm, I wldnt be surprised if Teju does this, but imagine Ragav did almost the same when we took him to buy his shoes, he walked and ran with nearly 4 pairs and then finally he liked the Nike model, and we understood that because he did not want to remove the last one:-) I wld say intelligent minds...
