Many good things happened during my singapore trip this dec-my brother got a job and many other good things were there..but the one that i have on the top of the list is the ending of the MEGA SERIAL "Kolangal". the serial started, i guess, 7 years back. Aditya was the villain till the last but one episode but "reformed" his ways in the last episode. All devils become angels in the last episode. I was feeling bad that my son who is 3 will not be able to watch this serial when he grows up :-)..but you never know they may re-telecast the whole thing.
My mother, my in laws all wrap up the day's work before 9.00 pm to watch this soap opera. The shout at Aditya for all his wrong doings, the feel pity when "Abi" the herione cries. At the end of any episode the standard dialogue is " nothing much has happened today". This "nothingness" could have been utilized in so many other activities of the day.
